Thank you so much for, the information you provide I myself have became very aware, of the self and how everything is connected, currently studying for a diploma in Holistic Therapies, and just knowing that this is exactly what I should be doing at this moment in my life, and just as Penney says to be aware of everything and asking yourself questions about why you noticed a certain thing, and the person you were with did not, and having quiet times to be at one with yourself.
