some questions the interviewers ask: wow. do you think you'll help them (soccer team?) how moron? he's going to loan them his rackets so they can kick the ball better?

i totally agree. i also wanna add something: for all those out there with english as their 1st lang. and are laughing @ those (like Rafa) who speak "funny" english, BE QUIET. cause u have no idea how hard it is to learn english from spanish, cause of spanish pronunciation is different to english's. i understand cause english is my 2nd lang. and im sure all those who are in the same position as me and Rafa will understand.
