As far as Iraq goes, those are all plausible explanations. The fact that Saddam dropped chemical weapons on his own civilians pretty much proves he had them, no?

Or maybe he used the last of them on the Iranians.

Maybe he loaded them into the air force that landed in Iran on day 1 of the war?

Or maybe the 6 month warning before the invasion was enough time to hide or destroy them?

What was the matter with the war in Iraq? Saddam is gone, a bunch of jihadists killed each other for not being muslim enough.
