Came home tonight and there were five cop cars outside the house kitty-corner from my building. I watched for a minute, along with my neighbors who were in their window, and when I pulled out the camera, the cops shined the spotlight on me and asked over the loudspeaker, "Is there something interesting?" I nodded yes, and then they informed me that there are police cars all over the city. Yeah, but they're not always right outside my door.

  • what's the point in this? i never understood the whole 'anti-cop' vibe some people have.

  • I came home, there were cops all over, I was curious, I decided to videotape a little, and they weren't too keen on that. It got too cold, I went on inside, they ended up catching a burglar. End of story. What's anti-cop about that?

  • Uptown is the new northside!

I wanna know -do u chase cops, like do this for a living?

  • No, not a cop chaser. Just happened to walk by and have my camera on me.

  • @federalcofficer Wow. Typical social conservative can't and won't understand that videotaping police officers is completely legal. If you're a cop, and you're in public on duty, you should and will be videotaped. I only wish more people would document them at work. Our taxes pay their wages.

What the fuck is wrong with you? They work for us, not the other way around. Not only that, but this sort of thing has been known to help the police in their work, too!

Too many MPD are dicks, though

  • dude... if society collapsed they wouldnt have any laws to enforce so they could do whatever they want. that would make them all the tougher....

  • minneapolis pigs, never around when you need one but always around to fuck with you for no real reason. hopefully society will collapse and we will see how tough they all are then.

  • I happen to know some really really cool cops in the MPD and they told me that they "Protect and Serve" everyday when they are out there. Not too long ago, they asked me if I want to join them and I said "YES. As for the ones that are corrupt, most of them are in the 4th precinct. I too salute the good ones.

  • Fuck the MPD..(except for the good guys). I've been in MN almost all my life and have seen how corrupt they can be, from fronting like they don't operate on quota's/superiors expectation points, planting/fabricating evidence to "unprovoked" racial profiling..those are random everyday activities for the 4th precinct and they have just enough media secrecy on their side; I salute those who actually "Serve and Protect" and NOT "Oppress to Impress"

  • ha ha my dad is a minneapolis cop and him and his partners are so funny "is there something interesting here?" ha ha

  • lol. What a waste of time this video is. Find something better to do with your time kid!

  • typical Liberal MPLS RESIDENT cant and wont respect police and are you really that bored on a winter's night wow...

  • Typical pig intimidation!

  • Worthless video
