@jeremydouglass Yeah a while back my cable provider had this streaming for free and it was without all the insane editing. It was so much better.

but this performance Dead Disco is quite impressive.

who went and re-edited this? i have this on dvd and it's not the same crazy ass frenetic editing job i see here. was it really necessary? as if the performance isn't incredible enough to stand on it's own powerful merits? shame on the re-editor.

Excuse me? I ripped it directly from the dvd. Didn't touch a damn thing.
I don't know what you have but this is what I've got. Post your version, please, I'd love to see what it looks like (I'm not too happy with the editing myself).

i didn't assume that you as the original poster did it.
it just differs so drastically from what i've got. what i have is actually downloaded onto my set top box from cable service. it's clean and efficient editing. same concert, same camera angles, same audio mix. but it looks from what i see here that someone took the original footage and tricked it out. don't think i can pull it off the box and post it here. i'll try but no promises.

Insane. To be honest, all the tricking out was distracting. The concert was badass on its own, without all the cheap effects, but that's what I received when I bought the dvd. Give it a shot if you can - I know I've seen a song or two from the cable broadcast but I didn't notice any differences...I'll give it another look. Thanks for the note.
