In Keeping Secrets (Acoustic Cover) - Multiple Guitars

My acoustic rendition of In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3 by Coheed and Cambria. Wanted to email it to a friend but file was too large. This seemed like the 2nd best way for him to hear it. I'm not looking for glory and the volume is low.

Love this. Most other acoustic covers keep the qualities of the original version of this song, palm muted chugging, fast tempos, ect. I love this version, really works. Me and a friend of mine are looking at songs to perform acousticly, and we LOVE this one. Do you have tabs for this version you did? Coheed hasn't done an acoustic version of this song =\

Was it on a Mac? Windows? External mic? Etc..

@YouKilledAlan I used a real bad headset as a microphone with Sony Vegas on a windows pc. Volume would be better but I'm terrible with recording software :(

We actually got an acoustic version of this song worked out now :D I want to get it recorded and uploaded, and I might respond it to this video when I do =P I kept mine kind of close, and basically played the power chords they did with the high B and E left open through most of it, like they've done with a lot of songs. The middle section I reworked a bit overall xD I enjoy it :D Though I don't have the beginning guitar solo =\ oh well

@tmac3323 It sounds pretty true to the original, but with more slides and high strings ringing out. My advice would be to take the electric tabs and add a couple flourishes and boom: acoustic Coheed cover.
