Make Me A Supermodel Effect

If you've ever watched Make Me a Supermodel then you've seen this effect. They usually do it when the cast is walking to their photoshoot. They do a voiceover while showing a clip of them walking. Then they flash and freeze the picture with the person talking in color and the rest in black&white.

I used PhotoFiltre for the picture. I just took a screencap and just edited the picture. Enjoy. I just wanted to try it. And I actually like the way it came out.

NOTE!! ----- Please Do NOT ask for tutorials. I don't have to program to make them. And I don't want to download it to make them. I'll explain to you sometimes how I do the effects. But I can't make tutorials. I'm sorry. And if you ask me i'll just ignore you because then you obviously didn't read this.
