Canadian 2000 Honda Civic SIR - sputtering noise in high RPM... Vtec feels like it has lost a lot of power as well.

now i had the same problem..vtec just kick and didnt feel the force..quit hard to get to the top speed..my catalytic had broken..i m pretty sure my head gasket burn..can see the oil leak thou..
