I can go back to 1974 being a little boy watching my father and my uncle and my cuz race at the track at that time during those years of the 70s it was standing room only at that track. Horses paced and trotted the mile 208-210- 214 and u thought your horse was fast lol. Then the meadow lands opened hores now do the mile 2 mins and under and the monticello track barley has 10 mybe 20 people watching. OMG how times change.
