Sun Ce...another simple character to maximize. There are however two equally effective setups for him. One is a frequent but weak offense without Multi, and the other is a less frequent but more powerful offense with Multi.

Without Multi, he's one of the many characters who can spam C2 all day long against officers, for an infinite combo, and officers have no way of getting out of the combo. To make things even better Sun Ce, who has short reach, is a power type, which means he can leeroy, as we like to call it, through everything in Chaos. Leeroy meaning charging into the middle of danger and attacking recklessly; the terminology gets its name from the infamous Leeroy Jenkins of World of Warcraft. ANYWAY...Sun Ce is quite a solid character (finally), in Warriors Orochi.

Just another thing... how do you make every character's charge really fast, like an ex type move?

I know you can do it with Tech type characters... but I didn't know you could do it with other types as well.

well Power type and Speed type characters can't use -ex charge attacks that are triggered by R1.

But to maximize their charge attack speed, you need to max out their level, and the Agility element to level 10 on their weapons.

@DagonJugg I agree with you. Well he is fair in DW3 but below average. If you don't connect his true musou properly, it is hard to escape. But at least I'm able to control his musou consistently in super massive dense crowd. In this game, he is high tier in terms of officer killing. He is average crowd clearer. Overall Tier List, he is high-mid tier according to calbee219's tier list.
