This is a re-played version of the happy bithday song that re-arranged by me around 3 years ago for my girlfriend Birthday.The reason i played and uploaded this song again is because this guy-

claim that the Happy birthday video i uploaded before is made by him,so i reported to Youtube he infringed my copyright and they finally deleted the video ,to prove that i am the real owner of this re-arranged version of happy birthday is mine and the video is me,i decided to play a new one and upload it again here,with same guitar and clothes,i have use a hair spray to play the intro part,coz i don't wanna play it the same as before..hope you guys like it

Please tell me how to stop him,he is still using my video and claim that is him...and many people still believe him i don't know why,pls Help me to stop him if anybody knows how to...thanks alot!

Dude, it's the Happy Birthday song, it's a a free to use tune, lol. Really, if he used your video, then he's just promoting your own work and he isn't able to do it anyway. If he actually played the song himself, so what, the 'Happy Birthday' tune is a free tune and putting a few extra notes in it doesn't necessarily make it a brand new song. That's like me posting a video of me singing 'Mary Had a Little Lamb' in my own way and then bitching because someone else sung it the same way I did.
