With Root explorer I can delete or move them, but after restart everything is back as it was.
How can I solve this problem?

@ricancougar Yes it needs to be purchased, it is not a scam. I recommend Root Explorer, but I think you might be able to find an app on the market that can do this for free (but I have never tested such apps).

It says it can not be moved because the file system is read-only! Please help!

@311Pito113 Hit the "Mount R/W" button at the very top of Root Explorer. This will make it Read-Writable instead of Read-Only.

@sk8erfreak540 It is the one that comes with Samsung phones. I do not know if it is necessarily better, but for me it has worked very well. It doesn't close the apps that need to be running, just gives you the ability to close the apps you personally launch yourself.
