Just got the new "Foo Fighters" album "Wasting Light" It's great! Heard this song on "CJ92", a local rock radio station, i knew i had to cover it... it was calling me...lol

How to play Rope on Drums
I haven't edited or manipulated the original content in any way, I just recorded and mixed my own drums, then turned em up so my drums would "mask" the original drums in the track, if you listen very carefully you'll still hear the original recorded drums in the background.

Kick drum sounds phat! Do you put a pillow or something inside? I'm trying to get that sound but I can't decide if it's the head, kicker head, or my insulation.

can you detail me what you use to record please? ie, mic's, mixer and things like that.

@oN1NJ4o i'm using a presonus firepod, Cubase to record, sure mics on the drums, and using a few techniques i've learned to mix the drums. Thanks
