You Enjoy Myself

Here is an acoustic version of the great Phish tune You Enjoy Myself performed by David Harris of Tucson duo Handmade Groove. For the guitar aphishionados out there, I had to take "artistic license" so I could play it on the acoustic-- primarily altering fingerings and in some cases, dropping the melody an octave. I hope you enjoy myself! FYI, this picture of Trey and me was taken in Phoenix, 1997 Summer Tour.

You are too kind. The epic song is the real draw to the video, not me. Do you remember when we posted our first video? It nearly took a week before we got a single view. Who knew that we'd eventually have nearly half a million hits???? We're no Lady Gaga, but it's still pretty unbelievable. Let's get together this year. I'm really itching to do St. Stephen!

Excellent. And how you played different octaves in the beginning arpeggios to make it easier for yourself

@tjmend532 Thanks for the comment.  I'm not sure it's "easier" this way, but I certainly had to drop some passages an octave to accommodate the limited range of an acoustic guitar. Take care,

Yep. That's pretty much it... Something funky going on at 4:22. As good as you are, I am guessing you have a cut-away lying around somewhere. Wherever it is, that is what you should have played this on. Great job.
