I'm not Francesca, I'm only a fan of the video who took the time to post it to YouTube when her site when down. I wish I could answer your question, but I'm afraid the only advice I can give you is to make sure to have a solid gumpaste middle in the same approximate size and shape. :) I hope that helps!!

this is a beautiful rose, thank u Francesca, one can make it as round or pointed as one likes --- it your individual likes no 2 people are alike :) I have been trying for 30 years to make a perfect rose ---- now I will be able to peeeerfect them :):) Hope there other videos here as well ---- can't find any???? if you make them a tad less pointy they may have a more fress rose or open rose effect

Is that edible ingredients? Is it for a cake or does it stiffen enough to use for decorating pictures frames and wooden boxes?
