Injury and chronic pain often come from mild strains that are often repeated. Bending and lifting are good examples. Most people bend at the waist causing strain on the lower back and eventually feel sudden or chronic pain because of the injury.

The Hip Hinge exercise trains the body to bend at the hips while proctecting the waist. This should become a habit that will preserve the back and hips from years of discomfort.
