Chef Rick Moonen of rm Seafood in Las Vegas shares why he and others are fighting to help save the world's biggest sockeye salmon run, in Bristol Bay, Alaska. As Rick says, "Bristol Bay, Alaska is one of the most gorgeous, untouched, pristine parts of the United States of America. The rivers of this region provide over 50% of the world's sockeye salmon."
