Me playing Sniper

I've been playing TF2 for almost 2 years, and I STILL suck as sniper.
Well, at least I have the Croco Set.

I play really well with sniper, i can do headshots to scouts at short range, and fast scoping etc, but i learned to play sniper in the pro way just with +120 hours, i have 147 now, but i feel jealous when i see that ppl play as good as me with sniper but with only 45 hours ._.
