All these videos are from TV recorded into video tape long time ago. Then much later recorded by TV tuner into PC. I dont have full version, only short clips from "America's Worst Drivers" documentary series.

Started by first idiot in red car. Then idiotrucker who had time to slow and did not.

Then a bunch more morons.

Yellow truck moved left to pass in shoulder lane? Or bad brakes?

I would have passed everyone by using that shoulder but at much slower speed.

This is in the UK many years ago. A car spins which starts this (not shown). Watch the black estate car pull right across onto the hard shoulder because it was one of the few cars at the time with ABS. The driver who caused this all was never caught.
