  • do not pick the ball up from top, then your opponent will press your hand under water with the ball and it will be your fault

  • ive played water polo for years, and this is one of the stupidest things ive ever seen. not only are you picking the ball up from the top, you are wasting way too much energy for what will likely be a poor shot because it gives the defenders time to stop you. wailing your arms around like a monkey also looks really damn stupid.
