Thats much better form cliff , you can do it , and feet up really isolates the excercise for maximum effect , good solid set with 308lbs , excellent !

if thats a warm up why is the spotter doing all the work. and plus al these benching videos yall dont even go all the way down to your chest. try turning your thumbs out and you'll get a way better work out and stronger bench

You should have told that dude to get his damn hand off the bar, and do about 6 clean ones with proper form. Much more benefit...
