Crap case for PC supplied to me by CCL computers

I needed to build a system for a friend's organisation. I recommended CCL Computers as they've supplied me with some great stuff in the past. I received a system last week, the case was buckled and bent.
I assumed dropped in transit. They collected it, they sent a new one. This is it. It looks a little less buckled at the top, but like the original, the bottom leg pin is so buckled it rocks like hell and the back plate covering the motherboard connectors has a gap of 4-5mm meaning any connectors, particularly the USB ones that are plugged in, the back plate will be forcing them out of the sockets.
Basically, this is really disappointing to see such poor quality merchandise being sold. I've called, apparently these cases aren't exactly brilliant, but if I want something else I've got to pay extra for it.
CCL, you've wasted a week of my time, I was supposed to have this system up and running over Christmas but the earliest you can collect is Thursday and then I'll wait another week perhaps for such a crap case to come back. You should do better than this. I've purchased a lot of stuff from you, always been happy, but punting out such poor quality merchandise is what gets companies a bad reputation and you're better than that, at least you always used to be and btw, computer cases should sit straight on a flat surface and there should not be so much of the back plate buckled out that the it actually inhibits the ability to plug connectors into it.
(Note, I've been building computers since 1992 and never seen anything as crap as this)

@TheGamerAdz Tell me about it. Gone back, waiting for my refund and purchased a barebones box from Novatech instead. Great service, next day delivery on New Year's Eve and a nice solid case. Not to mention saved me £40. I've heard good things about DinoPC, not tried them myself though.

they're fine when you're buying from them but they take the freakin' piss on refunds, they rip you off to hell, unless you buy and build yourself which is what i do, but you can't really get cheaper than CCL tbh luckily i live round the corner

funny thing is that the second rma was their fault as they sent me a different item.

They tell you on the phone that the case is not good? so why the hell do CCL sell it then huh?

I do have to admit, CCL are awesome for the quantity of products and what they sell, BUT their cumstomer service is shocking! They told me it would take 3 to 4 days to test an HardDrive to see if it is working! so I took it to a computer technician friend and he tested it in 2 minutes! CCL are rubbish at their customer service!

what i find with ccls is there bloody brilliant but if you pay crap cash you get crap stuff same as if you pay good money you get good stuff ive always been able to return stuff anyways i got a cd drive from there got it home and the courier must have damaged it on the way to ccl i went in said its not working its not reading disks there seems to be a rattle inside it they asked do i whant a refund or do i want a swap for it sorry for the bad news youve had with them like
