Interesting video, I've been poking around MC a bit on my tankadin lately. One thing I've found makes a difference is a special soloing set with a rogue dps sword and shield with +def enchant (to remain crit-capped). Then, a flask of endless rage--remember that seal/judgement of light also scales off AP. I found my HPS increased by about 25%.

Nah, the DPS on the weapon is too low. Altough the proc is decent it also lacks defensive stats. So I'd pick any WOTLK 80 tanking weapon over it. Having it is more for kicks than for really using it.
