All you guys saying he is a loser are idiots. He is getting millions to play in the NFL while you sit on the couch getting fat eating hamburgers watching him. Yeah he is the loser. And if you cant throw a football better than jake than you cant say he sucks,cuz that would just make you a hipocrite.

Jake is a good person. BUT that doesn't win ball games. No matter how much we think of him, He did not deliver. John & Marty also share in the blame for putting their heart above their brains!! Sign Jake to another 5 year contract after the year he had? Not to mention he was 34 years old!! Matt is the guy they need to stick with. Michael Vick has to many issues.

Yeah, so I've heard. I knew it could go in this direction so it's not much of a shock. But let's also keep in mind....teams cut people all the time, only to resign them under a lower contract later in an effort to free up money. Not to say that this will definitely happen, but it's a possibility. So either he's gone for good, or they bring him back for less, and he ends up as backup to Matt Moore or someone new.
