I hated this damn mission! I beat a bunch of other missions on legendary in a few tries, I beat breach and clear in 28 seconds, but this one took me forever! Those dogs killed me so many times! My secret to success? Never leave that first area! I picked up the AA-12 shotgun (only used it on the dogs and a few people), and then just run around the ammo crate drawing guys out. I only had to run between a few buildings
