@jaxamillion66 Are you on Windows 7? Hit your Start Button and go to Control Panel. It can look very different depending on what "View" it's in. At the top right of the Window it says "Viewed By:" and you can select either "Category," "Large Icons," or "Small Icons." In Category view (the default) you will see a heading that says "Programs" and under it a link that says "Uninstall a program." That's what you click for Programs and Features in Category view.
