  • Ugly trains than other amtrak. P42DC from?

  • the P42's are Athaern / Walther exclusive models since Walthers owns the rights to the Phase 5 paintjob.

  • wow i wish i had enough money for a sweet train set. not to be rude, but how much did everything cost?

  • This was a club layout (Providence Northern model Railroad Club) It as now been torn down and the club moved into a new building and is starting a new layout.

  • you should get MARC and SOUNDER. nice whered you get the crossing gates at and how did you assembell them

  • Well I have a VRE/Sounder 5 car set, Caltrain 6 car set (no Loco yet), A ACE 6 car set (No Loco), MBTA 6 car set (no loco), A 6 car NJT set with a ALP-44, A CDOT 6 car set with CDOT NH FL9, and working on getting a LIRR DE30 with a 4 car Bi-Level set and a 10 car Metro North M2 MU electric set.

  • Was that Amtrak's Three Rivers?

  • @nkx1 you would have to be insane to crash this for fun. Locomotives run about $100+ and those amfleets are about $30 each. If you are going to destroy anything, let it be a cheap life like or tyco.

  • I saw a brand new ho scale P42DC at a train shop in houston texas in its new box

  • @JIMBOSKI58 Actually Superliners are used on the East Coast, just south of Washington DC because of the height restrictions on tunnels....Check Out the Auto Train...it runs from Lorton VA about 30 miles south of DC to Florida, right outside of Orlando

  • Was that the Lake Shore Limited

  • Ever run the trains so fast they fly off the track on the corners? I did that shit all the time with my Ho trains.

  • I assume Amtrak Superliners are not used on the East Coast. Good Amtrak work or utility type train load. I'm conditioned to the usual 3 or 4 coaches, 3 or 4 sleepers and a diner and two observation cars at the center, all Superliners. It's the Coast Starlight from Seattle to and from L.A. Nice non-romantic commuter type lash-up.

  • who made this gread amtrak modells? because i want buy some models for my collection too! Thx

  • Beautiful, Absolutely Beautiful

  • Very nice!!
