@kevinv033 Yes just a dx8, I only go about a quarter mile but more would be nice and I would like a plane later for longer range. Do you know about the other uhf systems? which would be the best one? I just have stock 1.3 video antennas right now but it works pretty well as long as I am not too low.

@rcperfectionist I use DL since it was recommended by a lot of guys I talk to about fpv. I hear great things about ezuhf too. Either one should be good. There is also chain link UHF too...not sure how well it performs. You'd have to dig up some reviews.

Nice flying! I hear that frame is tough so I bet you didnt hurt it when it fell. My gaui 500 would have got damaged I bet. Have you seen the new frame from hoverthings?

@RCPerfectionist this frame is pretty strong. i've crashed it quite a bit and it's hanging in there. i have seen that new frame. just waiting for them to get in stock so i can grab one. i have a full kit waiting to be installed on there. haha!

@kevinv033 Is that dragonlink easy to use? I really cant check my range in the air without risking my machine. Does dragonlink work better through trees?

@RCPerfectionist well, i fly around and behind things all the time. DL has even allowed me to fly between trees and under concrete bridges. what are you running now? 2.4?
