Eugene Onegin (Ralph Fiennes) reads Tatyana (Liv Tyler)'s letter while a young virtuoso girl (Chloe Elise Hanslip) plays Tartini's "The Devil's Trill" sonata.

This play being played on the back only adds more drama to the whole picture.

  • @masael255 It's from 'Eugene Onegin', ufff, my mistake, I guess I just wrote an 'h' that shouldn't be there, I'm sorry, I'll correct it right away, yet it is... I'm a violinist myself so yes, I do understand the importance of this particular piece in the whole picture.

You're welcome, also, if you like the piece I've uploaded a few months ago my favourite version of that particular play...

  • Great scene; what film is this from? Also, if I may add, the piece is called "The Devil's Trill," a trill being a musical accent that is often used in this piece. Thank you for sharing!
