It's been a month since I had my acl completely replaced with a donor & had my meniscus fixed and I never used the crutches & I wore the brace for about 3 weeks & now I don't I walk pretty well with a slight limp but I can walk up and down stair pretty well but with some pain. Nice video

i gotta get acl surgery in a bit but i heard the hamstring option is the worst, are you happy with it?

daang this guy walking without crutches after 2 days.. i couldnt even walk without crutches for a week coz i got a hinge brace n my dr locked it so i cant bend it and it still rly hurt so i was scared to walk on it... but after that wk it was fine it ddnt hurt anymore... i went to physical therapy n my pt was expecting my leg to improve 2 days after i met her... my bad leg got skinnier coz obviously i hvnt used it but at the same time i have the long brace all day everyday... jst sharing :D lol

@mmckell27 this is my 4th month after acl .. i walk now .. after my injury i got a locked knee .. so i couldnt move or do pre suregery exrecises which made me lose leg muscle .. also u said u walked after one month .. but u didnt mention which surgery type u did .. if its patella autograft then thats possible to walk even after 2 weeks .. but mine is hamstring

I got ACL surgery two days ago and I can't move. It hurt way too much. I wish I had gotten the nerve block, but there's got to be something wrong, especially after seeing how well you're moving around.

@jonmhaver i was wondering how u re-tore ur acl? coz i tore my coz i fell wrong in tkd,,, n i was hoping to get bak on training in tkd but at the same time scared that ill tear my acl again.. any advice on how to take care of my acl/knee so surgery doesnt happen again? thnx :D

@cereal8987 I re-tore it playing soccer 8 months after my first surgery. Hope your recovery is going well!
