http://www.ACLSurgeryRecovery.net ACL Surgery recovery exercise video. The knees range of motion is important to get back quickly. Some orthopedic surgeons still lock patients knee at 0 degrees to be certain they dont lose some range of motion. This exercise can be done immediatly after surgery and helps promote a 0 degree range of motion of the injured ACL.

The key here is to make sure you are controlled when moving your leg around, there should be some discomfort but avoid any burning pain. This is the first video in a series of post ACL surgery exercises that can be performed on week number 1.

  • I got ACL surgery two days ago and I can't move. It hurt way too much. I wish I had gotten the nerve block, but there's got to be something wrong, especially after seeing how well you're moving around.

  • I just got surgery man your the best thank you so much
