This is an exciting paratha with so many thin layers that increase its taste and texture. A totally different experience when you eat it. Once you start, its hard to stop. A very nice Pakistani Recipie. Ingredients: flour, oil, little bit salt.

  • Actually, Grape seed oil is perfect for high heat cooking. Olive oil is for salads and becomes toxic when heated. Try it. My good cholesterol has never been better. I use it in all my Indian cooking. Olive oil I find gives weird taste to Indian food. Grape seed adds no flavor very neutral. Just maing a suggestion. Your parotta looks good.

  • @yapi85 Dude am Pakistani never heard of malabari or whateva and eat this paratha every day.
