  • You are fit,good video.

  • Brock Lesnar must've consulted you back in the day, because he does a lot of the same stuff.

  • respect to you dude

    great workout

    keep it up

  • Jungle, great video, very hardcore. I like the rope/weight combo alot but a word of caution. When you get tired that rope will collaspe and hit you right in the head. I have put a kettle bell on a rope and swung it side-to-side working balance, that is until it cliped my knee once. Keep up the great work, your a true inspiration.

  • Another badass video!!

We must be long lost brothers...

I do the same 1st log workout with a section of old phone pole, but I give it a hard shove away from me when I get it verticle- watch out for the end bouncing back up and smacking you in the jaw!!!

  • Then I do a 'balance beam walk' on 3 sections of phone poll on the ground- probably about 15-20 feet.

Then I do a backwards drag with a section- just squat down grab it with both hands, pick up the end and drag it backwards.

Then I do a side to side jump over the 3 sections of phone poll -just jump from one side, over to the other side of the pole - down and back for about 30-40 feet. and lift your knees as high as you can when you jump.

and 'plate on a rope' is pretty ingenious!

  • hey that's an awsome workout. Lot of new ideas for me :) thx for sharing!! keep posting man, I got some of my own coming up!!
