The clip is from Peter's Pop Show 1993 in Dortmund, I guess (but not the original sound). She also sang (well, lip-synched, as the German show requirements were) "From The Bottom Of My Lonely Heart". Both were written by Dieter Bohlen under a pseudonym (Jennifer Blake, I think, for this and Howard Houston, for "From the Bottom..."). Silhouette In Red, great album.

The song is from the album "Silhouette In Red" I'm pretty sure it was released in 1993.
