This is a video log of my muscles. I have recorded this in an attempt to see progress from this to a even more muscular body with more definition and an increase in size. I have added about 10 lbs since I started unloading trucks at walmart. I will try to upload another video in the future in an attempt to see progress through various videos over the next year.

  • How do you get better at chin ups?

  • just keep doing them and your arms will get stronger over time. :D as they get stronger you will be able to do more and more of them at a time :D I can do 19 of them now

  • what do you mean? if you saying better now then I understand because I am much better muscles right now than I did in that video.

    Tonight I was at my lowest so far in my 5 months of training for body fat...I was at 14% even and body weight was 162.8 lbs. with a hydration of 62.7%

    in this #1 video I was 180 lbs and 18.9 percent fat and my hydration was low too and I was weaker could not lift no where near as much as I do now.
