This is a video log of my muscles. I have recorded this in an attempt to see progress from this to a even more muscular body with more definition and an increase in size. I have added about 10 lbs since I started unloading trucks at walmart. I will try to upload another video in the future in an attempt to see progress through various videos over the next year.
How do you get better at chin ups?

just keep doing them and your arms will get stronger over time. :D as they get stronger you will be able to do more and more of them at a time :D I can do 19 of them now

what do you mean? if you saying better now then I understand because I am much better muscles right now than I did in that video.
Tonight I was at my lowest so far in my 5 months of training for body fat...I was at 14% even and body weight was 162.8 lbs. with a hydration of 62.7%
in this #1 video I was 180 lbs and 18.9 percent fat and my hydration was low too and I was weaker could not lift no where near as much as I do now.
