@CursedVizion23 Actually, if you already own the first Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and have already downloaded Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath, you automatically have them when you first play Ultimate MVC3. You only have to buy them if you don't own the first game, ergo never downloaded them.
