Medusa Head soul is a godsend when you're fighting Balore, you just place yourself by the eye while he's shooting his lasers. =)

This LP is by far is one of the most entertaining ones I've seen! Nice job!

the start was like the room in the collisuem from castlevania sotn,there are 6 bone muskets shooting at you,2 armor lords which are deadly and 2 blade soldiers coming at you!!!!!but the reward is good,a shield rod!the most useful weapon in the game!!!

actually Balore's 2nd phase isn't all that hard since the flames on the far left and right of the explosion cannot seem to hit you. In other words, you can simply stand in one place and jump and avoid all damage while hitting his eye on every jump.
