  • Is it just me, or has Mr. Intellistar's voice changed over the years? In these 2004 clips, it sounds very bassy, like a radio DJ's voice, but it starts to mellow out a bit.

  • I think it is nice when they have the normal music for hurricanes. While I like the Storm Alert music, when you watch the Weather Channel ongoing for several hours, it gets a little boring listening to the same song.

  • mine's on ch.18(SD with local forecast in standard definition) and 718(High definition version of the weather channel no local forecast on the weather channel in High def just a satellite forecast in the weather channel high definition) in New Orleans,LA
