@johnrobel um... I'm here in the 5th and have been depending on the same aquifer as you for decades. Try reading the whole story... the CA company said they HAD to go over the Kansas aquifer - you, of all people, should know what that means. Now that they were told no, guess what? They did find a way around it. And they will submit and it will pass.
You shouldn't roll over like a puppy to your party ideology. It is already making KMR look a bit the fool.

@rickytony58 Here in the 5th congressional district we live over an aquifer. The research was done for Keystone. Our 5th district rep is correct.

Looks like your energy plan is to spend all of yours dividing the country further. Keystone is not dead, it will be back and better. As a resident living on an aquifer you should know it needed to be better. I'm starting to question you devotion to GOP leadership over devotion to your constituents.
