8 Week Old Blue/Green Halfmoon Betta Fry in 29 gallon bare bottom Tank. They are almost adult size and their tails are still growing. Colors are getting darker everyday.
-Update****
They are now 3 months old and have very nice tails. They are up for sale along with other types of bettas. I'm located in California. Email me at Bettas@ThaoTravel.com if you want to buy some. Thanks.

  • when do you have to take the parents out?

  • @DancerChiic89 The female is taken out right after spawning. The male is taken out after the fry are free swimming.

  • Awh! So cute! It really is a shame that they cannot grow to adult size in tanks together. I would LOVE to have a big tank filled with amazing bettas.

  • @AdrienBCaldwell Actually you can raise them all together in the same tank to adulthood. Much like chickens they will develop a "pecking order". What I mean is.. If they are raised up together since day 1, they will be able to tolerate each other to a degree. Small fights will break up every now and then, but none will be life threatening. Sure you will see a few thorn fins, but it is possible to keep them together.

  • bravo.....

  • Thankyou. ^^

  • ohh the males have longer tales im trying to breed to but i dont success

  • I am going to do some beta breeding tommorow, And i was wondering how to know which are males and females at the age of yours. Nice vid.

  • no wonder bettas are so aggressive in nature. Both parents leave when they are still young and no one is there to teach them anything.. so sad.

  • @paradus even when they are old if u keep only 1 male and few females u will be ok...

  • wow thats 2 months? you raised them very well. some bettas reach 4 months and looked like they are only 1 month. you must be a good breeder :)

  • hi, great video and spawn, can i ask what type of plant is that floating in there?
