Mustang is on 10lbs boost via Vortech procharger, makes 430rwhp, 410rwtq. Mustang went 11.4 @ 122mph. Weighs 3000.

  • @rong9tagger Miata is also 1000lbs lighter and has an extra 65ci on the mustang. That mustang doesnt weigh 3000lbs lmao. That thing would have to be gutted and then some. Aluminum motor, tubular k member, no seats (cept drivers) no AC, no power steering, no abs, etc....

  • yes the miata lost, but the miata is N/A, thats why it pulls away slightly in the start, due to throttle response, but the mustang has greater power and eventually closes the gap, let the miata have a supercharger too and then see what happens, the mustang didnt exactly own the miata as it is now

  • @KnoesAll Well i know a pickup is considerably lighter in the rear, and i do know if you position the motor correctly on a ls1 swap into a miata you can retain almost perfect weight distribution, and who knows he might have a stereo system in his trunk just for some added weight...lol

  • Alright, yeah I was being a d!ck. But sticky tires only get you so far. There comes a point when drag radials don't get you there. Just cruised in a 10 second fox over the weekend, sideways at 70mph with brand new hoosier slicks. The funny thing is that car is fully built top to bottom, and pushing around 550hp. There is a bullitt around here that has never pushed over 350RWHP and runs 11's. That's not far behind the car with almost 200hp on him.... Lol.

All the buttfucks out there like yourself, would rather win a race spinning with 600hp than win hooking 450hp. That's the problem with this game. Learn to hook, and learn that hooking what you got is 100% no doubt the main factor in racing. At least it is when you aren't roll racing like a bitch.

  • ls1 miata quarter mile time is 12 flat, can that mustang do that? ask ur self just one question , power to weight ratio and u should all know who should win.

  • @miatamang I would think the weight transfer, weight distribution and power to weight ratio makes it all happen significantly more natural in the Miata vs a pickup.
