He is physical and reacts well to the ball in the air. I don't know Central's coverage scheme, but there has to be problems with him covering the short hitch,slant, and bubble when he lines up 8 yards off. I would have liked to seen some bump and cover on the highlight reel. He plays a "loose man" well in JUCO and also see him morphed into a roaming safety in a high caliber BigTen. Good luck and wear the Black and Gold with pride.

He looks like he plays well in both man and zone but might be better in a zone. I can see the Iowa coaches trying to change him to safety to address our lack of depth there this season. I think he'd be a great safety and would get on the field soonest there although I'm sure we'll see him in nickel packages either way. I'm looking forward to seeing him in Black and Gold.

We basically were another safety most of the time that’s why we were so far off. I like the coverage that Iowa plays with the corners underneath in coverage and I’m better in that type of coverage because I like to be more aggressive, and play on the short routes
