People care more about female deaths. People care more about females in general. It is just sad that women get special treatment in all societal life. It is even more sad that women and some men seem to think that it is men getting special treatment.

But I served my country (Persian Gulf conflict, 2nd Brigade, 1st Calvary Division, Feb. 1991) and I can tell you that I don't want a woman next to me in real combat. I had two first cusins in Iraq--one was killed and the other lost one arm from the shoulder. He said: "Women were not directly engaged in combat operations."

....I have a mother, three sisters (one of them in the military), I have lots of unts, and I love each and everyone of them. What I am is anti fabricated lies or simple truth exagerated to suite spaecial interest group's agenda. Out of 4,000+ troops killed in Iraq only 71 of them were females. And out of those 71 fatalities, 33 or so have been among female nurses and support staff. Of course, their death are not to be dismissed as trivial or of less importance. Even if just one life lost.....
