International Visionary Artist Aquara Soma shares the intimate side of a creative process of one of her new paintings nov 2011. Aquara has been painting and drawing since a child and as exhibiting internationally for the past 12 years.
She has worked as an artist within prisons, womans refuges as well as schools and retreat centres all over the world, and on films.
At the young age of 24 Aquara won several awards, travel bursaries and scholarships internationally -including -a full schalarship at the Chicago Institue of Arts-USA , Jordan School of Art-Jordan as well as a full intership at the Donald Judd foundation in Chinati -Texas.
Aquara was then invited to exhibit internationally alongside Gavin Turk & and elite group of contemporary Artists, this lead to Aquaras work being recognised fully in the creative industry.
Aquara recognises that her gift has unfolded deeply throughout her life and understands deeply the true gift of creativity and vibrancy of soul.
From her many years in the creative /spiritual world Aquara now feels to give back and support up and coming artists by sharing some of her deep insights into the conneciton between creatiivty and soul therefore she will begin teaching an intensive new creativity course throughout europe called "Muse" in march 2012, for more details be sure to email her at her website WWW.AQUARASOMA.COM
