Jian Gui vs The Eye vs Naina - Part 4

********The Restaurant******** These are similar scenes that have the different style but happen in similar places. In my opinion,Jian Gui is scary as hell.The Eye is not that scary but it's pretty interesting.But Naina,I thought it was okay until I found out that this scene is a copy of J-horror film called Ju-on......oh dear.......

Okay. Confesion time. Ive never scene the full Juin Gui movie. Just a few scenes on youtube comparing the three movies. And from what ive seen, The Eye just looks scarier. I wouldn't care if Jessica Alba plays the main character or not. I JUST LIKE THE MOVIE. But whatever. Im not trying to insult Juin Gui, its obviously important to you. im just saying the eye is good to. Its my favorite movie, and i get defensive about it. Sorry if i offended your favorite movie.

The reason people slam The Eye is because they like Jian Gui better.They just like Jian Gui more. I know I do. I mean most people just think The Eye is better is because it has better SFX and has Jessica Alba. I agree The Sixth Sense is good, but I really didn't care for the rest of the movies you mentioned. Not to mention if the movies Jian Gui wasn't made, the would be no movie called The Eye either. But if people just hate The Eye just because, then they're dumb. Don't acknowledge them.

I do understand that people have their own opinions. I never meant that people have to love the eye because i do. I just meant that slamming The Eye isn't going to make people like Jian Gui better. As i said before, they are probably both great. But i think some people like The Eye better because they don't have to read subtitles through the whole thing. And Americans DO make good scary movies. AKA When a stranger Calls, The Sixth Sense, Prom night, ect. Thats MY opinion.

Well, you need to understand that just because you think The Eye is the best, doesn't mean others are going to agree with you.You have an opinion and others have a different opinion.I for one didn't think The Eye was all that great compared to Jian Gui. People just think so because it has big name actors and better special effects.I would be more impressed if American made movies like this on their own instead of remaking asian horror movies.Americans used to make movies like this, not anymore.
