One of my favourite Duke Ellington pieces with me singing and playing the piano.
If you hear a song in blue,
Like a flower crying for the dew
That was my heart serenading you
My prelude to a kiss.
If you hear a song that grows
From my tender sentimental woes
That was my heart trying to compose
A prelude to a kiss.
Though it's just a simple melody
With nothing fancy, nothing much
You could turn it to a symphony,
A Schubert tune with a Gershwin touch.
Oh how my love song gently cries
For the tenderness within your eyes
My love is a prelude that never dies,
My prelude to a kiss.

Glad that you liked the piano; I should be better at that, seeing as I've been playing for some 30+ years. I think my singing has improved in the two years since I posted this; I have posted more recent videos for what it's worth.
A comment of my own: I generally do not consider nice to try to discourage people in their attempts to develop new skills. If you have an actual SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT, good, but don't tell me I should stick with playing. That is just an insult.

Don't take this the wrong way but I'd be inclined to stick to the playing more than the singing. Great job on the piano.
