Carnival is equivalent to the well-known ''Pukllay'' in the andean world. Pukllay means ''Play'' in Runasimi, the inka language. In the Andes, Pukllay is a day where people scape of work and usual activities. People show their hapiness, share with friends, create songs, make music, visit other communities, eat spacial food, etc.

This video is just an example of a Pukllay in a small Andean town called Luricocha, Huanta-Peru.
