@cascadiagirl1997 I agree that would have been awesome. But at the same time, that relationship would never go anywhere. Wendy wanted to be with Peter, but they would both forever be children. Never to grow up together, and get married or have children. I personally liked the "Hook" movie' s outcome, cause it showed Peter staying and growing up with Wendy's daughter or granddaughter.

this movie is so adorable but it would have been REALLY awesome if she chose to stay with peter he's so cute and she knew it but decided to shove her feeling aside but it cant be tht way forever somehow something will happen. i dont get why peter never said he liked her when he did ? Lol well number 1 movie though

The movie also sends a point, that male and female cannot be just friends.... at one point something will happen and either one or both want more. This is what happend here. Love its all fun until the emotion gets in the way and all other emotions follow it which lead to conflict.

@MrSalBrew its the thing with maturity. Girl mature faster then boys do this is a proven fact. Also alegory for real life where males are often seen by women as immature, boys who never grow up and become serious.Not until later ages some never do though. its a typical male/female rivalrly but set in a fantasy tale.
