  • placing hand on chest and cheking for pulse why we do that

  • not add video interdie loi FBI jojo carlier

  • @Tholius Ohk Mate got ya.

  • I acknowledge that this is done in preparation for OSCEs, an artificial environment. However, I feel I should mention that if you take such an enormous effort in looking for signs of infective endocarditis and xanthelasma (espec. as corneal arcus) in the periphery, it shows a lack of thought process (and rather a superficial and robotic process) if major systems of these diseases are ignored (e.g abdominal/lower limb). Well done though.

  • @sairawaraich Yes

  • @soccermania90 I agree, should be palmar surface of hand, or soles of foot

  • @sav0402 That was done at the start, parasternal impulses (vertically) & heaves/thrills (horizontally) on the chest

  • Great examination, covered almost everything. Was wondering what happened to examining for 'Heaves and Thrills'?

  • Janeway lesions on the dorsum?!

  • Thank you very much. This has been a great help.
