Yeah, he does and he's talked about it during live shows before. I never noticed that his watch said 4:20 tho, thanks kind of funny. But he is smoking a cigarette in the picture, which he did quit doing.

i think ryan smokes pot. look at the easy tiger album cover if you don't believe me. his watch says 4:20 and he's smoking a joint. its cool. i smoke pot too and I'm a huge ryan adams fan.

He is a savant. I say that in the most kind way possible. there is definitely something wrong with him but of course whatever that something is is what gives us all his great songs.
