Yes this Vid was lame BUT Quotewerks integrates VERY WELL with Goldmine. Together they are GREAT. We've used both for years and dont know how we would do without them.

God this was lame. Don't integrate with Goldmine though. It sucks as CRM. ACT! is 10 times better. speaking from experience this product is still extremely clunky and involves massive setup time for inventory.
